We are an interdisciplinary team of students with a passion for social impact. In June 2020, our team met through ParsonsTKO and TechSoup's Summer 2020 Data Strategy Mentorship Program (DSMP). Our team members found a shared curiosity  for studying the overlap between social impact and technology, and we wanted to apply our skills to address a social issue that meant greatly to all of us: racial inequality in the United States. With the support of our mentors and fellow peers, we began this student-led, data-driven study into the Black Lives Matter movement and the sentiment around it.
